Once booked, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to submit your resume so we can be sure we make the most accurate edits to your profile and highlight all you have to offer! Call times booked online are tentative and will be confirmed via email from a ReNegade. Cancellation Policy

After appointment confirmation, appointments cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled time are eligible for full refund or rebooking based on availability. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled time will be eligible to receive 50% refund or to rebook based on availability as we begin working on your document as soon as we receive it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund but will be invited to rebook for another time slot. We require the receipt of all documents and completed work/education history form 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our policies.
