Service Description

If you are a returning ReNegade looking to update your current résumé, cover letter or curriculum vitae, the ReNegade Refresh is for you. This service is also offered to our clients that have purchased one of our resume or cover letter templates and are looking to have a fresh pair of eyes give it an expert review! Your résumé or CV will be thoroughly reviewed and editors to include your newest employment, education, certifications, etc. We will also reconfigure the layout as needed to ensure your document looks its best! This is a ONE-TIME service.  For subsequent résumé revisions, you must rebook this service. Once booked, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to submit your document. Disclaimer: While we will do our best to ensure your résumé or CV is in the best possible condition for applications, The ReNegade Résumé, LLC does not gurantee any clients will be accepted into any academic program or be offered employment.

Cancellation Policy

After appointment confirmation, appointments cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled time are eligible for full refund or rebooking based on availability. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled time will be eligible to receive 50% refund or to rebook based on availability as we begin working on your document as soon as we receive it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund but will be invited to rebook for another time slot. We require the receipt of all documents and completed work/education history form 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our policies.
