During your scheduled appointment, we will review your new resume together and make any necessary additions or edits. Your cover letter will be thoroughly reviewed and annotated with comments, edits and suggestions. The client will be asked to prepare an up to date list of employers, education, organizations and licenses/certifications prior to scheduled phone call. Once booked, you will receive an email with a document for you to complete with this information. Your documents will be ready by your selected appointment time! Once booked, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to submit your document. After reviewing your résumé and cover letter, a ReNegade will meet with you via video conference for a comprehensive interview dress rehearsal. The prospective candidate will be expected to be dressed for the interview and adequately prepared with responses to commonly asked interview prompts. The 90 minute-long session will include approximately 45 minutes of interviewing and 45 minutes to debrief, review questions and answers and conclude. The prospective job candidate will receive the ReNegade Résumé's interview prep guide 72 hours prior to the scheduled dress rehearsal to prepare. Cancellation Policy

After appointment confirmation, appointments cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled time are eligible for full refund or rebooking based on availability. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled time will be eligible to receive 50% refund or to rebook based on availability as we begin working on your document as soon as we receive it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund but will be invited to rebook for another time slot. We require the receipt of all documents and completed work/education history form 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our policies.
