Service Description
This service includes both the Personal Statement & Résumé services. Your personal statement will be thoroughly reviewed and annotated with comments, edits and suggestions from a ReNegade during a one-on-one phone or video call via shared Google document, allowing the client to view edits in real time and make changes with our guidance. The client will be asked to prepare an up to date list of employers, education, organizations and licenses/certifications prior to scheduled phone call. Once booked, you will receive an email with a document for you to complete with this information. Your documents will be ready by your selected appointment time! Once booked, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to submit your document.. Disclaimer: While we will do our best to ensure your résumé & personal statement is in the best possible condition for applications, The ReNegade Résumé, LLC does not gurantee any clients will be accepted into any academic program or be offered employment.
Cancellation Policy
After appointment confirmation, appointments cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled time are eligible for full refund or rebooking based on availability. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to scheduled time will be eligible to receive 50% refund or to rebook based on availability as we begin working on your document as soon as we receive it. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund but will be invited to rebook for another time slot. We require the receipt of all documents and completed work/education history form 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not comply with our policies.
